“For the past 25 years, the Dream Center has been a place of refuge for many to break free from life controlling issues such as drug and alcohol addiction and homelessness. Upon completion of our recovery program, the graduates have the opportunity to join our transitional housing program in order to obtain gainful employment, save money, and transition into independent living.
