Our program includes one-on-one training, online courses through Cornell University, and a one-year mentorship with a hospitality professional to equip you with the tools you will need for success.
WHAT’S EXPECTED OF PARTICIPANTS?
4 WEEKEND WORKSHOPS
Participants will need to attend a 4-weekend training workshop covering everything from leadership training to resume design.
MEET WITH YOUR MENTOR
Your mentor will reach out via phone and have one-on-one meetings with you, which participants will be expected to attend.
